BRIGHTENING FACE MASK USING BERRIES

Face mask main causes that have helped your skin look and feel better when dealing with hormonal acne. Although it has calmed down a lot, when you try new masks and see how they work. Some do not really make a difference, others have a great chance of the look, tone and texture of your skin.
Here are a few things you will learn, but here's one of the first recipes so you can see Which ingredients I've come to grips with.

Ingredients

15 blueberries

8 blackberries

½ teaspoon cinnamon

1 large teaspoon of honey - used Manuka honey because it has a higher antibacterial effect than normal honey and is amazing for the skin.

1 green teabag

1 tablespoon of natural yogurt - use coconut yogurt because the dairy messes.

As you can see, some fantastic ingredients for you are already in my closet, which meant that the mask was very affordable and a nice change from some of the face masks that you buy regularly and cost $ 80 and more.

Here are some interesting facts about your skin from the above ingredients:

Blueberries contain Salicylaat (the salt aspect of salicylic acid), a widely used antibacterial ingredient used in many skin care products to treat blemishes, large pores, acne, and general outbreaks.

Blackberries contain a lot of vitamins A, which is an essential vitamin in the treatment of outbreaks. The high water content in the fruit uitgaven van skin moisture without adding extra oil, and the amazing mineral mix (especially zinc) is ideal for problematic skin. Honey (especially manuka honey) has antifungal, antibacterial and anti-inflammatory properties, while cinnamon has antibacterial and sedative effects. Green tea is included for its high content of antioxidants and soothing properties. Natural yoghurt is used to restore the skin's flora and the acidity level. How great is that !
I know that you may ask, what did I think ? Did it actually do something? Should I really bother mixing everything and slapping my face? Here is the procedure and then the shutdown ...

How to work:
Boil the kettle and pour in your green tea bag (white tea is also an option) and put all the other ingredients in a blender. Remove the tea bag and cut it, add the tea leaves to the ingredients in the blender. Mix for 15 to 20 seconds. This mask has a slightly fluid texture, so I prefer to apply it with an artist's brush. Apply one coat evenly to the face, then a second and possibly a third. Let dry on the skin for 5 to 10 minutes. It dries easily on the skin when drying.Moisten with a warm flannel or cloth before removing. Since it has a strong color, it must be wiped a few times with the flannel. It is very nice to finish with a small amount of almond oil (very small!) your normal facial serum of a moisturizer.

Deep low ...

It literally took me 3 minutes to get all the ingredients together (more time for the bar to try to take some sweet shots for you, thank me later) and make a mask. With a brush that I had lying around and after about 5 minutes a little dry, it was super easy to put on. It smelt DIVINE, it tasted divine too, because you have to test those things, right ? (just me ?). I started it and took it off with a bamboo muslin cloth. The skin was visibly lighter. I used a toner to wipe off excess material and had to giggle a bit because a touch of pink color came from my face, though you could not see anything anymore. I really loved how the mask felt, how it smelled (make a change from apple cider vinegar right!) And made my skin feel that way.
